Adult Learn to Swim
The adult lessons group is an opportunity to slow things down and refine specific skills or strokes in a small group setting. This group is highly instructional and focused on improvement of fundamental skills such as floating and how it relates to body position, as well as breathing and developing a relaxed, rhythmic pattern. Lastly, this group works towards the general improvement of kicking skills to enhance buoyancy and propulsion. The overarching goal for adult lessons group is to provide more confidence around the many different water-body types in the area, and to make it easier to swim!
