Registration Instructions

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maine (BGCSM) is committed to serving all children who are interested in participating in our programs. We charge a registration and program fee to offset a portion of the cost of providing programming. Families may be eligible for scholarships at all income levels.

Fees will be charge for elementary school students participating in our summer programs, Camp Quest.

Steps for Registration for BGCSM:

Sign in if you have registered online before or create a new account.
Confirm or put in your Household information
Confirm your member's registration with Boys & Girls Clubs.

All members, new and returning, will need confirm your membership.
This step must be repeated for each member before registering for summer camp.

Steps for Summer Camp Registration

Click the Activities tab
Select the program you would like your member to be enrolled in. Options include

Camp Quest (Elementary) - with Scholarship*
Camp Quest (Elementary) - No Scholarship (Pay in full now)**
Middle School Discovery
High School Discovery

*If you are applying for scholarship funds to cover some or all of the cost of the camp, you must first complete this form to be considered for scholarship funds. A staff member will contact you to confirm details and finalize your registration. You may be asked to complete the forms to apply for Child Subsidy.

**If you are paying the full fee - $175 per week for elementary school. After this step you are fully registered for the camp program. You can manage your registration through your BGCSM member log-in.

Registration Confirmation

If you paid for your camp registration on-line you are confirmed for those spots.
If you applied for scholarship, a staff member will contact you to confirm your spot. Spots are limited at each site.
