SMART Moves
(Skills Mastery and Resistance Training)
Program helps members resist peer pressure and make smart, healthy
choices for themselves by featuring engaging, interactive,
small-group activities that increase participants’ peer support,
enhance their life skills, build their resiliency and strengthen
their leadership skills. |

Cooking Club
Provides members with the opportunity to learn cooking and
baking skills as well as develop healthy eating habits. |
Fine Arts Club
Provides members with the opportunity to explore their talents
in music, singing, dancing and acting. |

Triple Play
A game plan for the Mind, Body and Soul that demonstrates how
eating right, keeping fit and forming positive relationships create
a healthy lifestyle for Club members.
