Corporate
sponsors will commit to a full season of Goals for Kids with
sponsorships up to $25 per goal. Minimum overall commitment is
$1,000 and the cap is $2,500. |
The MAINEiacs
team office will give the program its full support and cooperation. |
| |
Sponsorship slots
are limited to six maximum. |
At each home
game, there will be at least three messages announcing the Goals
for Kids program, its participating sponsors, and the total
money raised as per the previous home game (see Point 4). One
announcement will be made pre-game, then again during the two period
intermissions. |
Sponsorships are
for one season only. |
After each
MAINEiacs goal scored, there will be an announcement stating the
total dollar amount that it raised (see Point 4) for Boys & Girls
Club of Auburn/Lewiston. The MAINEiacs have full discretion as to
when in the game play it would be appropriate to make this
announcement, but will make a good faith effort to make it as close
to the goal scoring as possible. |
The aggregate
amount of all sponsors’ per goal commitment will be given to the
MAINEiacs so they can calculate how much has been raised. These
amounts will then be included in the Goals for Kids in-arena
announcements (as outlined in Points 7 & 8). |
During a period
intermission at the final regular season home game, the MAINEiacs
will host a presentation to representatives of Boys & Girls Club for
the amount raised during the season. Possible presenters are the
team’s top scorer and Lewy the mascot. |
Sponsors will
disburse funds to Boys & Girls Club of Auburn/Lewiston directly
after the last regular season home game. |
